I've written foo_lastfm_radio, a component for the foobar2000 audio player, which adds automatically updating Last.fm radio playlists.Artist stations are added from the context menu, and personal and custom stations from the File/Open Last.fm Radio Station menu.
The component, currently at version 0.4 (now with album art support!), is available here: download.
